🔑 Check-in & Registrazione / Check-in & Registration

🇮🇹 Il check-in è disponibile dalle ore 16:00. Tutti gli ospiti devono essere registrati con un documento valido; non è ammesso il soggiorno a persone non registrate.

🇬🇧 Check-in is available from 4:00 PM. All guests must be registered with a valid ID; unregistered persons are not permitted to stay.

👥 Capienza Massima / Occupancy Limits

🇮🇹 L’appartamento può ospitare solo il numero di persone indicato nella prenotazione. Il superamento di tale limite costituisce violazione del contratto e verrà immediatamente segnalato alle autorità.

🇬🇧 The apartment may only host the number of people specified in the booking. Exceeding this limit constitutes a breach of contract and will be immediately reported to the authorities.

🤫 Orari del Silenzio / Quiet Hours

🇮🇹 È vietato fare rumori molesti dalle 22:00 alle 09:00 e dalle 13:00 alle 18:00. Le violazioni possono comportare multe fino a € 309,00 (Art. 659 c.p.).

🇬🇧 Noise disturbances are prohibited from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM and from 01:00 PM to 06:00 PM. Violations may result in fines up to € 309.00.

🚫 Divieti Principali / Main Prohibitions

🇮🇹 È severamente vietato fumare all’interno della proprietà e organizzare feste o eventi.

🇬🇧 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property; parties and events are not allowed.

⚖️ Attività Illecite / Illegal Activities

🇮🇹 È vietato l’uso dell’alloggio per attività illegali o a rischio legale. Ogni sospetto verrà immediatamente segnalato alle autorità.

🇬🇧 Using the apartment for illegal activities is strictly forbidden. Any suspicion will be immediately reported to the authorities.

🧹 Cura e Aree Comuni / Property Care & Common Areas

🇮🇹 L’alloggio deve essere lasciato nelle condizioni originali. È vietato lasciare rifiuti o oggetti personal nelle aree comuni.

🇬🇧 The apartment must be left in its original condition. It is forbidden to leave trash or personal items in the common areas .

🇮🇹 Il check-out deve essere effettuato entro le ore 10:00.

🇬🇧 Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
